Terms of Service

Last updated: March 17, 2026

Agreement

By using Jeikin (“the Service”), you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. These terms apply to all users of the Service, including those who connect through AI coding tools via the MCP protocol.

What Jeikin does

Jeikin is an accessibility compliance platform. It helps you find, track, and fix accessibility issues in your software projects. It works by receiving accessibility findings from your AI coding tool — it does not access, read, or store your source code.

Your data, your ownership

You own all data you provide to the Service. This includes project names, issue descriptions, and any content created through the platform. Jeikin processes your data solely to provide the Service to you.

We do not claim any intellectual property rights over your data. We do not use your data to train AI models. We do not sell or share your data with third parties for their own purposes.

What you can do

  • Create projects and track accessibility issues
  • Connect AI coding tools to review your code through Jeikin
  • View, manage, and delete your data at any time
  • Use the accessibility standards guide for reference

What you must not do

  • Use the Service to violate any law or regulation
  • Attempt to access other users' data or accounts
  • Interfere with the Service's operation or security
  • Use automated tools to scrape or extract data from the Service beyond what the provided tools offer
  • Resell or redistribute the Service without permission

Account and access

You sign in using your GitHub account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your GitHub account. Jeikin is not responsible for unauthorized access resulting from compromised GitHub credentials.

You may create up to 3 projects per account. This limit may change with future plan offerings.

API keys and MCP connections

When you connect an AI coding tool, Jeikin generates an API key for authentication. You are responsible for keeping this key secure. If you believe a key has been compromised, revoke it immediately in your project settings and generate a new one.

Jeikin stores API keys as one-way hashes. The raw key is shown once during creation and cannot be retrieved afterward.

Service availability

We strive to keep the Service available at all times, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may perform maintenance, updates, or experience outages. We will communicate planned downtime when possible.

Limitation of liability

Jeikin is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for:

  • Accessibility issues not detected by the Service
  • Fixes suggested by AI tools that introduce new issues
  • Data loss resulting from your actions (e.g., deleting a project)
  • Service interruptions or downtime

Jeikin is a tool to assist with accessibility compliance. It does not guarantee full compliance with any accessibility standard. Human review and testing remain essential.

Data deletion and account termination

You can delete any project at any time from the project settings. Deletion is permanent and removes all related data immediately — issues, findings, checklist items, evidence, activity logs, and API keys.

To delete your entire account and all associated data, contact us at the address below. We will process the request within 30 days.

We may terminate your account if you violate these terms. In such cases, we will notify you and provide an opportunity to export your data before deletion.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes by email or through the Service. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the European Union. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of the jurisdiction where Jeikin operates.
